On October 3rd 2014, the RFI and FRC were presented and discussed at a panel session on Equity and ethics in research collaborations between high- and low-income countries of the Third Global Symposium on Health Systems Research in Cape Town. Chaired by Dr. Miriam Schuchman, associate professor of the Faculty of Medicine from the University of Toronto, the session was attended by representatives from the ESSENCE group of donors and the WHO.
