On December 14-15, 2017, an RFI Report Writing workshop was held in Nairobi, Kenya, in collaboration with the Kenya Medical Research Institute, Nairobi, Kenya, the Council on Health Research for Development (COHRED), the Spanish Foundation for International Cooperation, Health and Social Affairs (FCSAI), and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), Kenya.
The workshop included participants from Kenya Medical Research Institute, Kenyan Agricultural and Livestock Research Organisation, Moi University and University of Nairobi. The institutions all expressed clear interest in the RFI and it’s implementation, and planned to take the initiative back to their institutions for further discussion. The workshop was found to be positive and productive.
